Graduate Degree & Institution: Masters of Public & Non-profit Administration at The Evergreen State College

Joe has been a valued member of the SPSCC community since 2018. He brings more than a decade of advising experience at SPSCC and Highline Community College, along with deep experience in Career Services. His commitment to student success and equity work is longstanding. His passion for student success, equity, and inclusion—combined with his institutional knowledge—continues to strengthen our community and support our shared values at SPSCC. During his time as a student at Washington State University (Go COUGS!) his passion for helping others achieve their personal, academic, and career goals became his career aspiration. He believes that no matter a person’s background everyone has the right to an education and the ability to be successful attaining it.

Outside the office Joe enjoys time with his son and partner, indoor/outdoor sports, yoga, meditation, hiking, camping, weightlifting, and being intentional about mind, body, and spirit holistic wellness.
